The City Council meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the City Hall, 106 Saylor Street, Bynum, Texas.
The Next Council Meeting will be held on December 11, @ 6:00 p.m.

To enter the contest, please email your name, address, phone number, and email address to [email protected]. Information may also be dropped in the mail slot on the city's office door. Judging will occur on December 14th and notifications will be made by 2 pm on the 15th.
