Please complete a public information request form and drop it by the office at 106 Saylor Street, or complete and email the form to [email protected].
Requests will be subject to the following fees:
- Records Requests (Regardless of Delivery Method)
- Each Single Sided Sheet $ .25
- For requests that require more than 15 minutes of time to collect, redact, if needed, and copies to be made, labor will be charged at $15.00 per hour.
